My culturally sensitive holistic approach focuses on building upon your inner strengths and resources. I utilize a trauma-informed approach integrating EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Somatic therapies while drawing from other techniques, such as CBT and Narrative therapy, to help people regulate their nervous systems and unblock trauma.
I specialize in supporting women with traumatic events as a child, reproductive trauma, and maternal health issues.  I will provide a safe and supportive space to work through these painful experiences, empowering you to build a greater sense of self-worth, build thriving relationships, and find more meaning in your life to move forward confidently.
