I provide trauma-informed therapy with an interpersonal lens.

Currently recruiting adults seeking group therapy for support around perfectionism. This group will commence after recruiting participants and individual screening with facilitating therapist. This group will meet weekly for 6 weeks to discuss how perfectionism has affected members, and seek to change habits and thought patterns around maladaptive perfectionistic tendencies.
