I'll work collaboratively with you to help you make sense of distressing thoughts and feelings, gain insight into your experiences, and develop a more authentic relationship to yourself and to the world.
I am currently offering sessions for individuals, either in person or telehealth when appropriate. My experience in partial hospitals as well as individual therapy have allowed me to draw from different modalities including drama and expressive therapies, narrative therapy, IFS (internal family systems), CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
