I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate the struggles they face in their internal and external worlds. Challenges like anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem can leave people feeling stuck in uncomfortable patterns. Together in a collaborative environment, we will address your concerns by looking at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can impact one another. We will explore what growth means to you and build coping skills that help maintain real, meaningful, and lasting change.
My experience is mostly with children, adolescents, and young adults providing individual therapy. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. As a trained yoga instructor, I also offer incorporating gentle movement and breath work into sessions to support building a mind-body connection.
I strive to create a warm and inviting space where you feel safe to connect. If you are looking for a compassionate and understanding therapist who provides a judgment free space, then I may be a good fit for you! I recognize that seeking therapy can require strength and vulnerability, and I look forward to meeting you.
