Whatever the reason may be, I take an individualized approach and utilize evidenced based techniques that are optimal for your personal goals, individual needs, and situation.
I specialize in working with adults addressing issues related, but not limited to interpersonal difficulties, Anxiety, Depression, other Mood Disorders, and Eating Disorders. I also work with individuals adjusting to life transitions, interpersonal difficulties and childhood emotional neglect.
