The process of finding and establishing a therapeutic relationship can feel overwhelming and vulnerable. I have over 10 years of experience working with folks who are having a mental health crisis, struggle with chemical dependency and/or chronic mental health symptoms. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy to help clients move towards identified goals.
