I also focus on a client’s positive aspects rather than their dysfunction with the goal of self-improvement.
My approach incorporates a cognitive behavioral approach that focuses on maladaptive and unproductive thinking. It aims to help individuals identify and explore the way their emotions and thoughts affect their actions. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients where we can build trust and allow them to be their authentic selves.
