I adapt an integrative approach to counseling, primarily utilizing a person-centered and strengths-based approach while supplementing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and creative arts processes. Having a strong rapport and therapeutic trust is one of the biggest keys to success in therapy, so I use humor and genuine empathy throughout sessions.
