There are many different reasons clients come to me for help, with the common goal of finding happiness, and living a life that feels fulfilled and peaceful. I use a strength- based approach and CBT within practice. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental and comforting environment that people look forward to being in. My expertise is in life transitions, substance use, mental health (wide range), relationships, conflict resolution, and crisis; ranging in ages from pre-teenage years through late adulthood.
Each individual's situation is unique, and thus, your therapeutic treatment should be as well. My approach is tailored to the individual needs of my patients.
