Meg W. Humphrey is a Licensed Psychoeducational Specialist who is certified by the SC Board of Education as a School Psychologist II and by The National Association of School Psychologists as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Meg completed her undergraduate work at the College of Charleston and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She obtained a Master's degree and a Specialist degree in School Psychology from The Citadel. Meg has extensive experience working in the diverse settings of inner city schools, magnet schools, private schools, and private practice.
Meg is a passionate advocate for the rights of students with special needs and serves as a parent advocate during 504 and IEP meetings. She provides educational intervention recommendations which focus on the unique social, emotional, behavioral and academic needs of each individual child.
Meg provides psychoeducational evaluations that are comprehensive, individualized, and neuropsychological-based. An evaluation can help to reveal the following: ADHD, Dyslexia/Dysgraphia/Dyscalculia, Learning Disability, Executive Functioning Deficits, Anxiety and Depression.
