Whether you're looking for mental health counseling, sex therapy, or both, it would be my honor to work with you. I have experience working with a myriad of sexual difficulties as well as struggles with anxiety, depression, shame, identity, relationship issues and more. Using existential talk therapy, I take a unique approach to uniting many different parts of the self and helping clients create the life that they want without embarrassment or shame.
As a sex therapist, I know that sex and sexual difficulties can be hard to talk about- that’s what I am here for! If you're struggling with aspects of sexuality in your personal or relational life, there is hope. I am passionate about creating a safe space to explore sexuality and replace distress with true fulfillment.
When it comes to counseling and sex therapy, every client deserves a non-judgmental and accepting therapist. I identify as queer and utilize a therapeutic approach that is secular in nature. Your identity as LGBTQ+, kinky, non-monogamous, transgender, disabled, or neurodivergent will be respected and dignified here. As Emily Nagoski says, “Come as you are”!
