When early relationships are unavailable or trust is broken this leads to dysfunctional ways of relating to others and getting needs met. I work with couples, families, and individuals in discovering their unhealthy ways of communicating and coping with stress, replacing these with more healthy ways. I also work with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Addiction, Codependency and Early Developmental Trauma.
