In a warm and accepting environment, I help adults, couples and families identify their goals and take steps to improve their lives. I have extensive experience helping people improve their relationships, process and heal from trauma, and overcome a variety of anxiety and mood-related issues.
I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each person or couple I work with. For individuals, my framework is strengths-based and typically combines elements of attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychodynamic methods. With couples, I use an attachment-based and emotion-focused approach while incorporating Gottman methods.
Together we will identify your goals and help you reach them. You are in the driver's seat and I am hear to provide insight, helpful tools, and support along the way. I seek to provide an open, trusting and safe space where you feel comfortable exploring the challenges you're facing at your own pace.
