Are you overwhelmed, burnt out, feeling lost, or craving a change? I am a Life and Leadership coach and staunch advocate for the wellness of families, inside and out. I am passionate about helping parents and students reduce hardship, stress and conflict in their lives and homes. I work with students, individuals, and families that are experiencing the difficult challenges of a high-pressure, modern society, including; stress, anxiety, social skills, friendship challenges, grief, trauma, identity struggles, self-regulation, executive functioning, and ADHD.
Using over a decade of experience and training in mindfulness, DBT, ACT, CBT therapy, and life and leadership coaching, I am able to fluidly tackle the unique set of challenges that kids, parents, and families face today. I use a combination of therapeutic skills, and coaching techniques, to create an empowering experience that generates action and change.
I support individuals, parents, and children, to recover balance, embrace the present moment, while learning tools and action steps that promote harmony and fulfillment.
