Meaningful Life Therapy Services was founded with a vision of providing a welcoming space for self-reflection and growth. Our clients are creative, passionate, humorous, engaging, determined, wise, and unique. Some of our clients come to us because they want to learn coping skills for managing symptoms or unlearn behaviors that are no longer serving them. Some come to learn more about who they are and what they want in life. Some are simply searching for a soft place to land.
We hope to empower clients to engage in meaningful introspection and facilitate change that will help them live the life they want. We help clients with problem-solving, decision-making, processing emotions, challenging negative beliefs they hold about themselves, living authentically, setting boundaries, grieving losses, and so much more.
We believe strongly (and research shows) that the goodness of fit between the client and therapist is hugely important to therapeutic outcomes.
