Everybody goes through tough times at different points in their lives, but nobody has to deal with these challenges on their own. With nearly ten years of experience, my passion continues to grow as I witness the positive changes my clients have made toward personal growth. I work to provide a path to lifestyle changes for individuals seeking healthier ways of coping with depression, anxiety, grief, and/or relationship issues.
Through a patient-centered approach, I work to assess my clients’ needs and together develop a treatment plan to achieve desired outcomes relating to mental health, personal growth, and overall wellness. I offer a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including MI, CBT, DBT, REBT, SFBT, strength based, and trauma focused.
I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment that encourages and empowers you to reach your chosen goals.
