As a spirituality therapist, I am decolonial and anti-capitalist. I specialize in supporting people in creating a better relationship with their mind, decreasing self-critical thinking, healing from trauma, anxiety and depression. I support clients in exploring their concept of spirituality and their feelings around the crises humanity is experiencing.
Being a human today is hard. You don’t have to do it alone.
