My approach fosters self-compassion to help free you of the societal expectations that lead to burnout, disconnection from your body, anxiety, low self-esteem, and distrusting your own gut. I provide Neurodivergent Affirming ADHD testing, evaluation, and therapy. I proudly provide Gender Affirmative Surgery Psychological Evaluations and Letters.
