With over 20 years of combined experience in mental health and pastoral counseling, I learned that an untrained mind is an obstacle instead of a tool for creating change. Blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with spiritual and/or philosophical practices, allows you to develop and pursue realistic goals while achieving a healthy balance in your life.
My focus is to meet you where you are by offering a safe place of non-judgment. Here, you can authentically express yourself as you explore the relationship with a Higher Power of your own interpretation and understanding. All loving spiritual practices as well as secular approaches are welcome.
