In my private practice, I enjoy working with clients with an array of presenting concerns, including: anxiety, depression, eating issues, relationship issues, and stress management through each of life's transitions. I have a special interest in guiding clients toward the life they envision and helping them unlock their potential to be the best version of themselves. Working together in a supportive, compassionate environment we will identify coping strategies that allow you to make positive behavioral changes in your life.
I have experience working in a variety of settings with many different populations, including: in-home therapy with adults with severe mental illness, college counseling at Salem State University, inpatient treatment for children/adolescents, program director of a residential treatment facility for preteens/adolescents with eating disorders, and outpatient private practice across the lifespan.
