I have experience assisting people dealing with anxiety, panic attacks, severe depression, relationship issues, problematic compulsions, sexual addiction, trauma, and psychosis (amongst others). I utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and a modern relational psychoanalytic theory, Intersubjectivity theory.
