Born in Olympia, Washington and raised around the world, I have always had a desire to help others. I completed the Master of Social Work program through the University of Southern California with a focus on Clinical Mental Health in 2018. I am very person centered and enjoy being able to meet my client’s where they are, utilizing Evidence Based Practices to assist them in achieving our established SMART goals.
Commonly used interventions include aspects of; Motivational Interviewing, Problem Solving Therapy, Client Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
