I hope to improve the lives of clients that I serve by working alongside each individual offering guidance, support and empathy. My goal is to help my clients learn how to use their unique strengths to work through challenging issues.
I offer Play Therapy which allows children to express themselves when they do not have the words to do so. I also offer Running/Walking Therapy. This approach allows clients 12 and older to receive the benefits of counseling in an active setting. It has been found to be particularly beneficial to clients with anxiety and depression.
