In my practice, I offer both individual and family therapy/coaching for individuals 18 years old and older. I primarily support clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Common issues include navigating identity development, life transitions, mental health symptoms, and trauma reprocessing. In our work, I will support you in navigating life stressors and transitions through short-term or long-term therapy.
Together we can meet your therapy goals by exploring your core values, life-narrative, and authentic sense of self. We can expand your understanding of what makes some stressors, engagements, and conversations more difficult and build skills to adaptively overcome future challenges. Our work will be informed by evidence-based therapy models.
