Hello! Welcome to Meadow Creek Counseling. I am glad you have stopped by. I embrace a collaborative effort to help you reach your goals. I bring authenticity, humor, and professionalism to my clients. I am laid back and quirky (but in a good way). I am empathetic but also straightforward. I am eclectic in my approach as I have had decades of trainings and experience. Some of the approaches I am familiar with and utilize in sessions are cognitive behavioral, somatic experiencing, internal family systems, emotion focused family therapy, attachment theory, and trauma, and trauma informed care.
I bring 29 years of clinical experience to Meadow Creek Counseling. My specialties include working with families/children/teens who have been impacted by substance use, those in early recovery, trauma survivors, grief and loss, divorce recovery, depression and anxiety, and couple's therapy.
