My practice is currently full. Sometimes life events or problems can leave us feeling stressed-out, frustrated or depressed and we can't easily work it out on our own. While emotions and stress are part of a healthy, normal life, they can often be an indicator that professional help is needed. Therapy is good way to help you understand more about what’s getting in the way and finding ways to release your own barriers, opening you up to make meaningful connections.
