My aim as a practitioner is to meet you where you are on your path to self discovery and healing. I use a Humanistic - Existential, and utilize techniques from CBT, ACT and Narrative therapy modalities.

Romeos Sensation LLC provides Services in Florida and Maryland virtually. Through a structured interview and client engagement, Romel goes beyond the obvious, the presenting issue, to identify the root problem. Based on the outcome of the interview and clinical expertise, he proposes an individualized plan with goals that specifically target the problems with specific objectives and timelines for meeting those objectives. His extensive clinical background, training, and expertise have equipped him with skills critical to building and maintaining an effective and empathic relationship throughout the therapeutic process.

Octavia Brown, LCSW-C has dedicated her clinical practice to restoring the lives of those who live with one or more marginalized identities. She believes in healing the whole self (mind, body, and spirit) and utilizes indigenous techniques which include; but, are not limited to: insight-oriented practice; mindfulness techniques & awareness of self; ancestral healing; and spiritual practice (upon request). Octavia challenges each individual she works with to decolonize their way of existing and to boldly live in their own uniqueness and true authenticity.

We are currently scheduling clients for intakes beginning in mid-July 2024 with the intent to begin treatment in September, 2024.

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist I am passionate about the mental health of individuals struggling with Posttraumatic Stress disorder, depression, and anxiety. I have successfully helped children, families, and adults with adjustment difficulties, traumatic stress exposure, and other concerns that impact their daily functioning.

Understanding how your family of origin and previous relationship impact how you are showing up in your current relationships. Exploring how cultural/religious attitudes shape your relationship with your body, impacting your sexual desire and responsiveness for connection. Together, we will identify healthy ways to shift learned behaviors that block you from growing and having relationships and sexual.
