I use a whole body system approach that incorporates nutrition, vitamins and exercise, the mind, and spirit. . As a psychotherapist and with my background as a fitness trainer, I have found the importance of a healthy body gives a healthy mind. My practice is about enabling individuals to recognize and address the obstacles that are keeping them from finding that balance. I work with children (3-12), adolescents and adults. Christlyn McCaskill, ATR-BC, LCPAT, LCPC, Sheena Anthony, LGPC, and Rachel Scholnick, LMSW are available to work with teens and adults struggling with mood, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and more, both in-person and virtually. We offer clients a safe space to discover, explore, and process. Christlyn has special skills with trauma work and art therapy. Sheena uses Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Rachel uses a strengths-based, collaborative approach, and especially works with grief, and women's issues.

Our professional, experienced counselors work with children, adolescents and adults in individual sessions as well as family or couples counseling. The counselors have a variety of backgrounds ranging from substance abuse, foster care, case management, Employee Assistance Programs, and school counseling. I am an art therapist who integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology in my work to treat Anxiety and ADHD in teens and adults. Although this is my specialization, I also have experience working with clients struggling with identity, depression, bipolar disorder, and relationship struggles. Sometimes they know the reason for the emotional pain but often the reason is buried and all they have are the overwhelming feelings of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, fear, worthlessness, shame, and more. These feelings have them paralyzed, often unable to hold down a job or be in a relationship. I've worked with many of these clients to help them discover the cause of these feelings, to talk about the emotional pain, to help them heal.
