****NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS**** (Email me for a quicker response!) You’re stressed and struggling with the past, present, and the future. Your mind is racing and you’re overwhelmed. You just want things to get better -- and now. Maybe you've even tried counseling before, but never with any lasting changes. Should I try again? Are you ready to find a new way? What would it be like if you could leave all that stress and anxiety behind? What would it be like to experience new momentum for your life - on a regular basis?

No matter what life has thrown your way or what you have experienced over time, you can recover. Healing occurs through a reparative therapeutic relationship, which helps you connect to the relationship first with yourself, family and friends, and the world surrounding you. I am enthusiastic about working with adults and couples. I offer an open, brave, and safe space to help support my clients in their healing to become the best version of themselves. I am gentle in my approach. However, I do confront matters to help you dig a little deeper to help you connect with the insight for your healing.

I started 911 Help For Parents & Relationships after many years of working with children, adolescents, and families. I discovered that not only were the children struggling, but so were their parents. I sought out more training to develop a specialty in Parenting Coaching, and later Relationship Coaching. In addition, I now have a special expertise and interest in Infidelity Recovery as many of the individuals, families, and couples I've worked with have been affected by this complex and little-understood issue.

My ideal client would put as much effort as they are ready to in that moment, day, or week to continue prioritizing their mental health needs. Over time, I hope to support each person in identifying what is helpful vs. harmful to their overall well-being. I look forward to supporting individuals navigating life transitions, women's issues, those in need of validation and perspective-taking, struggling with anxiety, searching for answers and healing from traumatic experiences, feeling "stuck," and individuals hoping for support with executive functioning challenges, sensory challenges, or complex social interactions.

For me, there is no ideal client. To some extent, everyone is on a spectrum of depression and anxiety, and I seek to work with clients who need assistance becoming oriented toward improvement. I have personal and professional experience and understand how difficult it is to find someone patient enough to grow alongside a client through the therapeutic process. I want to work alongside you to help you live a happy, meaningful life with these conditions.
