I counsel clients will all types of challenges such as anxiety, depression, abuse, and domestic violence. I work primarily with adult clients through individual and couples therapy modalities. Most of us would do that if we knew how. I enjoy teaching people how. I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist trained by the Grief Recovery Institute specifically in the recovery of grief.
