Certified trauma-informed therapist with training in EMDR, IFS, DBT, and CPT. These clients may present with PTSD, cPTSD, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, personality disorders, and more. You’re introspective and self-aware. You may recognize self-sabotaging patterns and self-limiting beliefs that keep repeating in your professional life or intimate relationships. You may have even read self-help books or tried therapy before, and still struggle with low self-esteem, shame, anxiety, sadness, anger, or self-destructive behaviors. A part of you wonders if what happened to you has damaged you beyond “repair.” And yet, there’s a part inside that’s yearning for deep healing and knows it’s possible to feel radiantly alive, fulfilled, deeply connected, confident, and calm.

My work draws from EMDR, mindfulness, DBT and other modalities.
Each of us is a unique constellation of experiences, values, identities and needs; my work aims to embrace and empower that. To thrive we need all parts of ourselves to be affirmed and nurtured. Each individual is the expert in themself; people’s insight into their identities and values guides our work together. We have each fought to gain wisdom about ourselves and skills to care for ourselves; I hope to empower people to apply that wisdom and grow those skills so they can live the life they want to live.

I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant in Training and an IFS-Informed EMDR practitioner.
Welcome, I'm so glad you're here. Is any of this true for you? Your schedule is demanding and unpredictable, making a weekly therapy appointment feel overwhelming. You want a break from your daily grind and to combine that with some healing. You feel like you’ve been in therapy trying all of the things and you want to experience a new way of doing therapy. The idea of spending months or years in talk therapy makes it feel impossible to ever feel better. You enjoy therapy with your existing therapist but you want help to move through some stuck places without changing therapists. You are a big feeler/healer who wants an intensive.
