I have extensive experience supporting individuals, couples and families navigating various challenges, including: - Relationship conflicts - Depression, anxiety, PTSD - Loss, illness, parenting and work-life stress - Isolation, infidelity, infertility - Life crises and transitions.
Feeling stuck in negative patterns and thoughts can be overwhelming. Self-doubt, hopelessness, and blame can consume us, making us feel smaller than we truly are. You know that trying to change others to feel better doesn't work. What does work is creating a safe space to explore your thoughts, fears, and anxieties without judgment. As an experienced therapist, I provide that sanctuary for you.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by changes in your life, like moving to a new place, becoming a parent for the first time, or accepting a new job? Even positive changes can be anxiety provoking. When changes are negative, like a life altering car accident, or the death of someone you love, it may feel like your world is upside down or like you are in a state of shock. As hard as it might be, these reactions are all normal. It helps to discuss changes with an objective professional, who can help you look at your new situation and help you to think clearly about decisions you might need to make.

I have experience working with clients who have mood disorders like anxiety and depression, trauma, grief, are LGBTQIA+, and children with disabilities.
I do my best to make my therapy space as welcoming, warm, and inviting as possible. I believe we all have our own unique story nobody else can truly understand, but I do my best to get to know you and your story to help you understand what is going on, where it comes from, and how to overcome the barriers and challenges so you can be the best version of yourself possible. I work with my clients at their pace to accommodate their needs and comfortability, but I do not plan on seeing any of my clients for life. What you are able to learn with me will ideally be usable in the long run to help with any future challenges or barriers.
