Hello! I am here for those who are totally new to therapy or those who have been coming for a while. I love working together to learn about the body, mind, spirit connection and how we can help you be the best version of you. I enjoy working with clients who are committed to their healing journey. We will work together to help you learn more about yourself, to learn what thoughts or actions or beliefs need to be shifted. My hope is that you can see what your unique gifts are that can be utilized to help you feel more supported in this process.
I am passionate about alternative ways of healing. I use holistic modalities to help clients find new ways of healing, if they are ready. In my traditional talk therapy modalities I focus on empowering the client to make them feel part of the therapeutic process. I am a trauma therapist and believe change is possible!
Therapy is here to help you find the best version of yourself! As a therapist my job is to reflect back to you the strengths and gifts you inherently carry. We then draw on those strengths to help guide you through your healing journey. I am honored to do this work and love that my job is working with such amazing people.
