I have 20 years of experience working with children, families and individual's. As a School Counselor I have worked extensively with children and adolescents with depression, anxiety, ADHD, school and social issues. I work with adults with anxiety, depression, trauma work/life stress and relationship issues to find solutions to specific problems, new insights into self, higher levels of functional coping and more effective communication.
My passion to guide individual's in finding balance and happiness is achieved in a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment that encourages self expression, authenticity and fosters personal growth. My practice is centered around solution focused counseling to assist clients in unburdening themselves to develop healthy coping mechanisms for change.
