The decision to try therapy for the first time can be daunting. I am passionate about holding a safe space for my clients as they process life's challenges. I am interested in working with individuals struggling with trauma, substance use, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and faith/existential crises. I see clients ages 10+, adolescents and adults. I also specialize in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I take a strengths based approach to therapy and can incorporate mindfulness in session. Together, we can explore your past, create a more vibrant present and find hope for the future.
I strive to offer a safe and compassionate space for clients of all backgrounds. I have a deep empathy and compassion for members of the LDS church who are struggling with a faith crisis or who want to explore their spirituality in general. I am also passionate about the intersectionality of faith and members of the LGBTQ population.
I take a relational approach to therapy and seek to collaborate with my clients regarding their specific goals. I am a second year student in the master's of social work program and I am so excited to offer discounted rates for cash pay clients or those with insurance.
