Eating Disorder Weekly Recovery Group
This weekly group is for individuals of all ages/genders looking for additional support throughout their eating disorder recovery journey. The group meets in person in our Plymouth office (recommended) or virtual. 4 week minimum commitment, but group is rolling admission. $240/4 weeks. DBT Skills Group (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
(DBT) is an empirically supported treatment that teaches skills and strategies to help regulate emotions and improve relationships. If you or your teen are struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties and are currently working with a therapist, our DBT Skills Group may be a helpful addition to therapy. Group therapy allows users to practice new skills and coping strategies while connecting to others facing similar difficulties. Our DBT skills Group is for teens with: Anxiety, Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Self-Harm, Suicidal Ideation, and/or Anger. Next Group: Thursdays - Starting September 26th - November 21st -- 5:30p -- 7pm

Loved One Education/Support for Eating Disorders
This group is designed for anyone who has a loved one with an eating disoder looking for education and support. Each session is facilitated by a McCaskill Family Services eating disorder specialized clinician. This group with cover the basics of eating disorders, how to watch for and attend to common pitfalls and barriers to recovery. 4 week commitment $320/week per family.
