Our goal for you to feel understood and empowered each time you walk out of our door. We have worked intensely with children, and adults for over 4 years. We provide therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing life transitions and challenges as well as history of trauma, depression and anxiety.
Our approach specializes in self-esteem & confidence building, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, abandonment, domestic violence, trauma, abuse, at-risk youth, and family conflict.
