Making the choice to begin therapy can be challenging and complex, but it reflects an inner strength and resilience to ask for assistance when you feel it is needed. Many of my patients are struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, family dynamics, identity issues, work challenges, uncertainty about life choices, trauma, anxiety, loss and are looking for ways to make meaningful change. Together, we will uncover patterns that may be obstacles to intimacy, connection and reaching life goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in maternal mental health and psychoanalysis. I use a variety of approaches to help my patients meet their goals. My specialities include working with families in their reproductive and parenting journeys, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, generalized anxiety and young adults.
