Self-Growth Online Group for Girls Ages 16-18 Year
The goals of the group are to promote self-knowledge and self-growth, improve self-esteem and self-confidence, develop assertiveness and positive conflict resolution skills, develop self-regulation skills and develop a positive outlook towards the process of adulting. An ideal candidate would be a girl who is creative, sensitive, and willing to get in contact with her own personal challenges/growing pains. This is a group geared to girls who want to discuss life and are looking for tools to create a meaningful and happy life. It is not necessary to have a psychiatric diagnosis to join in.
