Hello! My passion is working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. If you or your child are navigating life transitions or a difficult period in your life, I can provide a nonjudgmental and safe place to help you or a loved one get through these moments. I use my skills to help clients achieve their short and long-term goals. I collaborate with my clients to become present in their everyday lives and not allow life to pass them by with overwhelming emotions or symptoms. If you are experiencing depression, or anxiety, struggling with ADHD, or have been diagnosed with a chronic illness, I'll be happy to assist you in this journey.
I meet my clients where they are. I have experience working with individuals who have ADHD, autism, and other neurodiverse individuals. I am culturally sensitive and inclusive to all. I create treatment plans with the mindset that one shoe does not fit all. I typically use cognitive behavioral therapy and a mindfulness approach for my practice.
