I have worked with adults and adolescents in various therapeutic settings including outpatient, and inpatient treatment programs who have struggled with various mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, depression, and trauma. I also help individuals who are experiencing relationship issues, loss, low self-esteem, academic difficulties, career development or work issues, immigration, and problems associated with certain life stages and transitions.
I use an eclectic therapy approach incorporating theories such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Existentialism, and CBT, to increase insight and self-awareness.
It takes a lot of courage and strength to begin the therapeutic process. However, this work will allow you to become a healthier version of yourself, & will allow you to see the journey through another perspective. The therapeutic relationship can cultivate change by providing safety, empathy, compassion, and a sense of security.
