I believe anyone can change, can find their own personal happiness in life. Every one has the capacity to create the life they want for themselves and the path of healing is open to anyone ready to make the first step. However, many of us need a helping hand to walk that path.
I help by building upon people's unique strengths to meet their unique goals and this is the foundation of my practice. Mindfulness, acceptance, self compassion and brain science are used to help people understand their own thoughts, actions and behaviors in order to identify effective interventions. By building resilience and understanding, we heal.
I believe that empathy and non-judgmental acceptance of others experiences is required in order to understand their perspectives in life, that every perspective is unique and valid. I know it is hard to ask for help, but being brave enough to ask is the first step towards a happier, healthier life. Call or email when you are ready.
