I specialize in supporting mothers, fathers and birth partners navigate pregnancy and postpartum challenges to find joy and growth in parenthood. I also work with individuals and couples dealing with fertility concerns, pregnancy loss(es), adoption, and birth trauma. I approach issues from a mind/body perspective and am trained in EMDR.
I view therapy as a collaborative journey in which my role is to create a healing space for you to find your inner wisdom. I will guide you towards learning to release emotional weight, develop self-compassion and restore a sense of perspective and competence.
