I specialize in the use of evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I am also trained in SPACE (Supporting Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).
Education and Training: I obtained a Ph.D. in child clinical psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I subsequently completed a predoctoral internship at Brown University's medical school. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at McLean Hospital.
