I utilize integrative therapeutic methods such as strengths-based, person-centered, multicultural, holistic, mindfulness-based, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral, expressive art, compassion-focused, interpersonal, holistic methods, cognitive processing, and solution-focused.
My goal is to expand the notion of what some may think therapy to be. I don’t have a cure or magic wand to change you, but I do have the knowledge, expertise, and experience to help you grow on your life journey.
