Through the Pandemic, I found that Telehealth Sessions worked very well for clients and decided to continue my practice through Telehealth Sessions only. I have 30 years of experience in the field of Child Welfare and Mental Health treating individuals, couples and families of all ages, who are struggling with various problems that cause them to feel stuck. I believe that each individual has the answer to their personal struggle within themselves and just need a safe space where they can clarify their values and learn skills and strategies that will enable them to move forward and live the life they desire.
I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and find that many individuals are not aware of the impact of trauma on their life. I am currently accepting clients from 4:30 pm to 9 pm Tuesday through Friday
Do you have panic attacks, nightmares or strong negative emotions that seemingly come out of nowhere? Have you lost a loved one and need a safe place to grieve? Are you or your family members struggling with emotional and/or behavioral challenges that are difficult to manage? I may be able to assist you, please take the first step by contacting me.
