I provide online therapy to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, and reactivity to stressors and past trauma. Many of my clients experience panic attacks, overthinking, flashbacks, sadness, and are struggling internally. They have accepted their symptoms or being mistreated as "how things are", that trusting others and having hope only leads to disappointment and loneliness. I work with those who want to work on themselves to experience personal growth, symptom reduction/elimination, and to improve their life experiences.
I am simply an imperfect person who has made mistakes and experienced hardships and loss. Like many others, I learned to grin and bear life's ups and downs, was often highly critical of myself, and felt shame and guilt about my past. Through therapeutic processes and self-growth, I was able to find peace, joy, and a more passion driven life.
