I enjoy working with adult and young adult clients looking to identify positive ways forward in a natural outdoor setting. Clients I work with are often interested in easing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, identifying patterns and solutions related to substance use disorder, or are developing strategies for managing AD(h)D.
With training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I work with clients to better understand past events and present values. We will develop the mindfulness skills and psychological flexibility needed to overcome challenging patterns and situations.
