I am taking on new clients that are Veterans and working professionals such as, Medical professionals, police officers, or firefighters. I'm eclectic in my therapeutic orientation and because of this I'm able to help people through many different emotional issues, ranging from grief or loss, depression, and anxiety. I teach coping skills that help regulate a persons emotions. I have developed skills that help me tailor therapy to meet your personality and mental needs.
I have 9 years experience working with teens, veterans, and the general population. I worked for a community mental health clinic where I ran a Day Treatment program in which I worked with a variety of population, with wide range of diagnoses, with severe mental illness.
