Because all aspects of a person's life are connected, I take a person-centered and holistic approach, using various techniques to meet the client where they are. I specialize in treating individuals, couples, families, first responders, and LGBTQIA+ individuals experiencing symptoms such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and relationship issues.
It is essential that you are treated with dignity and self-worth while feeling safe in all of your identities. My goal is to tailor your treatment using mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic modalities, among many others.
